Refund policy
Here at Mauer Athletics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't please email us at contact@mauerathletics.com to set up a return claim. All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be new, unused, in the original packaging and in resell-able condition. We have the right to refuse a return if we feel that the product has been used, or not sent back in its original condition. Refund will be for the full value of your returned items, unless otherwise noted. Unfortunately at this time we do not cover the cost of shipping and handling. After your return is approved, please allow for up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
We will accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. There is no restocking fee for an exchange but you pay shipping and handling both ways. We have the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the product has been used or is not in its original condition.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@mauerathletics.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Wear and Tear
Our gloves are made with negative cut and roll finger. Due to the high stress that is put on the seams during games and training, we cannot accept returns when the stitching comes apart on the gloves. This is natural in top goalkeeper gloves. We have tested our stitching with numerous pairs and have yet to have a glove fall apart because of the stitching.
Because of the softness and grip of foam goalkeeper gloves, they are subject to natural wear and tear. We do not accept returns on normal wear and tear that comes from using our gloves. We use the best German latexs in the gloves we provide to you to provide you the best grip and durability on the market.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
