At Mauer Athletics, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
🕒 Return & Exchange Window
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
To qualify, items must be:

New, unused, and unworn

In their original packaging
-
Returned with proof of purchase
We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused during shipping.
📦 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at contact@mauerathletics.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

If your request is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send items back without approval, as they may not be accepted.
🔁 Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

We cover all shipping costs for approved exchanges (both ways).

There are no restocking fees.

Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your replacement right away.
💰 Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded for the full value of the product plus any original shipping costs.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after your return has been inspected and approved.

Please allow up to one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
⚙️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
🧤 Wear and Tear
Because of the softness and high grip of premium German latex foam used in our goalkeeper gloves, natural wear and tear is expected and not considered a defect.
We do not accept returns for normal wear and tear from training or match play.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
