If you’re not satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unused
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to one billing cycle for processing.
👉 We cover shipping for exchanges and for any incorrect or defective items.
👉 For standard returns, return shipping is covered.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
We offer free exchanges within 30 days — including shipping both ways.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product, we’ll make it right.
Email us at contact@mauerathletics.com and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
Glove Wear & Durability
Goalkeeper gloves are designed for maximum grip, which naturally leads to wear over time.
- Latex palms will wear with use — this is normal
- Stitching may experience stress due to tight, performance fit
These are expected characteristics of high-performance goalkeeper gloves, not defects.
Order Errors
If we make a mistake (wrong item, size, or order), we’ll make it right.
We will:
- Cover all shipping costs
- Send the correct item as quickly as possible
